HISTORY of
Graphitee
When I started to take art seriously, I thought it might be nice to share some of my work on social media. The response and praise was overwhelming. I was approached and given my first commission piece, and from that moment on the business grew and grew. What started as a humble pencil on paper, became a small studio. I now dedicate a majority of my free time to commission and project work.
2020 ESTABLISHED
Well, it was 2019 that I began to take my work seriously, and my first commission came early 2020. That was when Graphitee was born
2021 AND BEYOND
At the beginning of 2021, this website went live and I have now opened up to take on work on a global scale.
CUSTOM PORTRAITS
Send me photos of yourself or loved ones and I can put them together to look like an original photo. Also, any pets are also welcome – I’ve done cats, dogs and birds but I’m happy to take on anything.
COMPLETE FLEXIBILITY
I draw for passion. I draw to grow as a person. Despite this being a small business for me, I’m not here to try and drain your bank account. I’d like to think that my work is fairly priced, but I fully understand the people struggle financially so I am happy, in some cases, to take payment in instalments. Just email me if you need some help spreading the cost.
GRAPHITE/CHARCOAL
My chosen medium is graphite and charcoal, so all of my work is black and grey. This is a stylistic choice – the deep blacks and contrast bring a certain atmosphere to a drawing that I love. Plus (spoiler alert) I’m colour blind.
EXHIBITIONS/PROJECTS

Born and raised in Margate, Kent, England. I am a father of six, artist, published writer and serial procrastinator. I have many hobbies which include reading fiction, occasionally playing computer games and losing myself in scientific documentaries. I have a professional background in IT Engineering and presently work in the Automotive industry.
